My yoga journey began in January 2007. Then in 2011 I took a 100-hour teacher training course at Bangkok Yoga. With this intensive and traditional course, I found that Yoga could be more than just a physical practice, but also a mental and spiritual one that included the breath. A type of simpler meditation, creating a harmony with body and mind, and with mind and soul.
