Kru Noom’s style of teaching focuses on linking breathing with movement so the body can achieve a state of relaxation and balance. His training style aims to promote a healthy body and a peaceful mind.
Kru Noom is a graduate of the Sunee Yoga School. He began teaching yoga in 2008 and has received ongoing training in Ashtanga Yoga, Advanced Yoga Asana, Sivananda Yoga, and Yin Yoga.
He received his 200-hour Yoga teacher certification from Gita Yoga Studio in 2013.
