Guidelines for Yoga Practice

1) For first trial class, kindly make reservations 1 day in advance especially during peak hours (after work).
2) Please bring your Membership Card every time of your visits in exchange for the locker key at the reception counter. Membership is not transferable.
 
3) It is best to come to your yoga practice with an empty stomach; avoid meals or snacks at least 2 hrs prior to each practice.
4) Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts.
5) Please have your feet washed up in the specially arranged area before entering yoga practice room.
 
6) Practice is discouraged during pregnancy unless with the help and constant guidance of an experienced instructor and in consultation with your doctor.
7) Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes; T-shirts or vests, and leggings or track bottoms are best. Avoid wearing all-in-one outfits.
 
8) Do not wear accessories during practice. Long hair should also be tidily tied up.
9) Please do not bring mobile phone, camera, or recorder into the yoga practice room.
10) While holding a pose, be sure not to hold unnecessary tension and straining in your body; be as relaxed but precise as possible. Stay conscious and be persistent; challenge yourself while respecting your limits. Understand the purpose of each Asana (posture or movement) so that you are performing them with a conscious awareness of the breath and can focus on what you are doing.
11) Under own practice, do a warm-up session before each practice. Don’t do difficult postures without instructor’s guidance.
12) Practice regularly and consistently for your utmost benefits.
