Yogasutra; the first yoga sanctuary in the sky where lies with the realization of true yoga spirit.
Our unique and attentive teaching style emphasizes on building strength, flexibility and
stamina (Asanas), co-ordinating and synchronizing proper breath and movement (Pranayama),
as well as achieving the attunement of oneself with higher levels of awareness (Samadhi).

The essence of our teaching style lies with Hatha, Ashtanga, and Sivanandha branches
whilst combining the distinct strengths of individual discipline and putting across in the most
logical and practical way. Equally important during 1-hr yoga practice session of learning
yoga postures (Asanas) and breathing techniques (Pranayama) that hence bring to life physical
and mental health, all students will simultaneously be educationally equipped with
the relationship between postures and anatomy in order to realise the true spirit of yoga
and the inherited benefits from practicing each posture or movement in particular.

At YogaSutra, we offer yoga practice which is suitable for and beneficial to all ages and levels
of fitness; for those becoming interested for the first time and those who have already made
yoga a part of their lives and would like to know more. Besides, you could as well choose
to experience the true spirit of yoga for your own good at your own pace in the class style
